Industrial
construction.

New facility work, brownfield modifications and planned outages all depend on the same practical question: how will the scope get built? EPV Industrial brings fabrication, mechanical installation, structural and site support together around your work package.

Serving industrial projects across the central and Western United States.

The work package

Build the system.
Plan the interfaces.

We work with facility owners, project teams and general contractors on defined industrial scopes. Existing equipment, site access, live systems and the shutdown window shape the execution plan from the start.

Mechanical installation
Setting pumps, compressors, skids and other process equipment, with rigging, alignment, baseplates, grouting and equipment connections.
Piping and fabrication
Process, power, utility and facility piping; shop-fabricated spools, supports and modular assemblies coordinated with field installation.
Industrial insulation
Insulation scopes coordinated with project specifications, access, installation interfaces and the construction or maintenance schedule.
Structural fireproofing
On-site fireproofing of structural components using project-specified Pyrocrete systems or other fire-resistant coatings. Materials and application requirements are defined around your project.
Basic refractory work
Defined refractory scopes coordinated with your specifications, field interfaces and maintenance or construction schedule.
Structural and site support
Platforms, stairs, pipe racks, equipment frames and access steel, along with foundations, pads, embeds and anchor-bolt interfaces.
Facility modifications
Brownfield tie-ins, equipment replacements and structural modifications planned around access, isolation and return to service.

From planning to turnover

Know what is ready.
Keep the record.

Before work is released, we discuss current drawing revisions, material readiness, access and lifting needs, system boundaries, inspection points and the schedule. That gives the field a practical sequence rather than a list of disconnected tasks.

During execution, installed quantities, material identity, weld status, examinations, tests, redlines and open items support progressive turnover. The required documentation and acceptance steps are agreed around your project.

Relevant facilities include refineries and process plants, power generation, oilfield and midstream facilities, gas plants, data centers and surface mineral-processing facilities.

Start with what you know

Send the scope.
We’ll discuss the path.

A short description is enough to begin. Include the project location, facility or system, work boundaries and target schedule. Mention any outage window, site-access constraint or known inspection and turnover requirement.

Keep drawings, specifications and equipment information handy for the follow-up discussion. We can talk through what is available, what still needs definition and where EPV can support the work.
